Our residential health care facilities provide developmental services including training and support in life skills such as mobility, socialization, employment and recreation to those requiring a level of medical care, support and supervision not available in group homes

Mulberry Manor provides residential services for adults with developmental disabilities, who require a 24 hour licensed nursing facility level of care, and are provided with an individually-tailored array of services.

Lincoln Square is an Intermediate Care Facility for adults who are Developmentally Disabled, (ICF/DD). The two-story, Victorian style house is home to fifteen adults, four females and eleven males. There is an upper and lower front porch as well as a large deck in back.

Glen Brook is an attractive group home (licensed as an ICF/MR) that provides support for 16 people who are developmentally disabled, located at 801 North First Street in Vienna, IL. (Phone: (618) 658-2005).

Holly Hill is a licensed 16 bed facility for persons with developmental disabilities. It was established in 1984. Holly Hill provides supervised, 24 hour care to its clients.

Pilot House is a licensed 16 bed facility for persons with developmental disabilities. It was established in September 1988. Pilot House provides supervised 24 hour care to its clients.

Krypton is an Intermediate Care Facility for adults who are Developmentally Disabled, (ICF/DD). Krypton is home to sixteen adults, eight females and eight males.

New Way is a licensed 16 bed facility for persons with developmental disabilities. It was established in 1990. New Way provides supervised, 24 hour care to its clients.
