Services:

Lincoln Square is an Intermediate Care Facility for adults who are Developmentally Disabled, (ICF/DD). The two-story, Victorian style house is home to fifteen adults, four females and eleven males.   There is an upper and lower front porch as well as a large deck in back.

Special training/activities:

Training and activities are individualized and are based upon the needs and the desires of the individuals receiving services. Lincoln Square focuses on the uniqueness of each person, what each individual wants for their life, and how people with disabilities can have fully inclusive community lives.  Services are designed in a coordinated manner through an Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), to assist people with disabilities in achieving and maintaining a lifestyle as independent as possible. 

Proximity to larger towns:

Jonesboro is a small, historic community located in Southern Illinois. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 1,853 and Anna had a total population of   5,136.  There are many beautiful, recreational parks, rivers and scenic, wooded hills in the area. 

Anna-Jonesboro is centrally located to several larger cities.

• Carbondale, Illinois is located approximately 21 miles north.
• Cape Girardeau, Missouri is located approximately 28 miles southwest across the Mississippi River.
• Marion is 30 miles north.
• Cairo is located approximately 38 miles south where the Mississippi and Ohio rivers converge together.
• Paducah, Kentucky, is 45 miles to our south and east across the Ohio River.
• Saint Louis, Missouri is 125 miles away.
