Kel-Tech Management Company is a family owned and operated business, which started in 1967 in Anna, Illinois by owners, James and JoAnn Keller.  The business began as a  Sheltered Care Home, which provided services to 23 people.  Since it’s beginning the company has expanded into an organization that provides quality customer-driven services to 212 adults with developmental disabilities, helping them become as independent as possible.

Residential services are provided in attractively decorated homes, which provide a personalized living environment.  The scope of services include Intermediate Care Facilities for Developmentally Disabled (ICF/DD) which includes both a large facility, which provides services to 80 people who are developmentally disabled, as well as six facilities providing services to sixteen or fewer individuals.   In addition, there are five CILAs (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) providing residential services to eight or fewer individuals at each CILA.  Included in the services offered is a Developmental Training Center / Sheltered Workshop which provides day programming, sheltered employment and vocational opportunities for over 200 individuals with developmental disabilities.

Today, the operation employs its third generation of Kellers, touting a combined experience in the field of developmental disabilities exceeding 160 years.

It is our renewed vision to exceed the ordinary and expand resources that make our services, whether in the community or at home, exemplary to all those who have a stake in finding and securing excellent residential services for persons with developmental disabilities.

Kel-Tech Management Company also provides general accounting, payroll, tax preparation, state cost reporting, as well as direct service personnel certification and other staff training.

We operate on the premise that every human being created by God possesses worth and dignity.
